    You don’t need any 3rd party software for shutdown timer, This is a simple and understandable cmd (command) code that I have created for you:

    @echo off
    cls
    cls
    :ques
    set /p query1=Is shudown timer already set? (Y/N):
    if %query1% == y goto yes
    if %query1% == Y goto yes
    if %query1% == N goto no
    if %query1% == n goto no
    cls
    cls
    exit
    cls
    cls
    :no
    echo Set shutdown time in seconds
    set /p time=Time:
    shutdown -s -t %time%
    echo Shutdown time is set for %time% seconds
    pause
    exit
    cls
    cls
    :yes
    set /p query2=Do you want to change shutdown timer? (Y/N):
    if %query2% == y goto yes1
    if %query2% == Y goto yes1
    if %query2% == N goto no1
    if %query2% == n goto no1
    cls
    cls
    exit
    cls
    cls
    :no1
    pause
    exit
    cls
    cls
    :yes1
    shutdown -a
    echo Set shutdown time in seconds
    set /p time=Time:
    shutdown -s -t %time%
    echo Shutdown time is set for %time% seconds
    pause
    exit

    Update:
    Use this code for if you want to enter hours as input instead of seconds:

    @echo off
    cls
    cls
    :ques
    set /p query1=Is shudown timer already set? (Y/N):
    if %query1% == y goto yes
    if %query1% == Y goto yes
    if %query1% == N goto no
    if %query1% == n goto no
    cls
    cls
    exit
    cls
    cls
    :no
    echo Set shutdown time in hours
    set /p time=Time:
    set /a stime= 60*(%time%*60)
    shutdown -s -t %stime%
    echo Shutdown time is set for %stime% seconds
    pause
    exit
    cls
    cls
    :yes
    set /p query2=Do you want to change shutdown timer? (Y/N):
    if %query2% == y goto yes1
    if %query2% == Y goto yes1
    if %query2% == N goto no1
    if %query2% == n goto no1
    cls
    cls
    exit
    cls
    cls
    :no1
    pause
    exit
    cls
    cls
    :yes1
    shutdown -a
    echo Set shutdown time in hours
    set /p time=Time:
    set /a stime= 60*(%time%*60)
    shutdown -s -t %stime%
    echo Shutdown time is set for %stime% seconds
    pause
    exit

    How to use this command:
    1) Copy the code in a notepad file
    2) Save it as x.bat (x=anything)
    Make sure to run this command as administrator

    Whats your opinion on this cmd code, If you have any better solution then please do share
